Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Exclusions

  • Customized or personalized umbrellas are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order and provide your order details.

  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the umbrella securely in its original packaging and send it back using the provided instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically issued within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Return Shipping

  • For no-reason returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the umbrella arrives damaged or defective, return shipping will be covered by us.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please report any damages within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
